Personal trainer and group instructor with a strong background in nutrition and an MSc in Coaching Science in Sports. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across all levels of fitness—from individuals building general strength to athletes striving for higher performance.
I have a deep interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention, supported by the skills and movement knowledge I developed during my training in India. This experience has given me a strong understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and sports therapy, which I incorporate into every programme.
No matter the goal, I am confident in my ability to guide anyone who is dedicated through each milestone until we reach their target together. My approach is supportive, educational, and progression-focused, ensuring that clients not only achieve results but understand the journey along the way.
